BIOL 2790 - Research Project for Science and Engineering Technology


1-4 Variable Credits


This course provides students with an opportunity to design and carry out a science research project under the supervision of a faculty advisor and/or industry advisor. The research project will be prepared using literature review, problem identification, procedural documentation, data collection, data analysis, findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Evaluation will be carried out by faculty teams and industry experts. The course will also provide an opportunity for field study in an internship setting.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1755  Research Fundamentals or CHEM 1755  Research Fundamentals; Instructor approval
