ENGL 2722 - American Literature Survey 2 3 Credits
This literature course is a survey of American poetry, essays, novels and/or short stories from the end of the Civil War to the present. This course will help the student to discover the definitions of these distinctive genres, their unique boundaries and potential and what distinguishes them from other forms of writing. Readings will be enriched by attention to the historical, political, and cultural background of the time in which the works were written. 3C/3/0/0
