MDLT 1453 - Learning Lab 3-Intermediate Skills 1 Credits
This course reinforces the basic skills required for attaining proficiency in performing intermediate level medical laboratory procedures in phlebotomy, and clinical chemistry. It is designed to allow completion of hands-on skill activities and enhance practical aspects of MDLT 1442 . Students will be given the opportunity to perform a variety of laboratory techniques with direct instructor supervision. Safety, problem-solving and quality assurance are emphasized. Must earn a grade of “C” or better in this course to proceed in MDLT Major coursework. 1C/0/1/0
Co-requisite(s): Concurrent enrollment in MDLT 1442
