ARTS 1740 - Introduction to Painting

This course will introduce students to the materials and techniques of oil painting. Assignments will be geared towards improving one’s ability to paint from direct observation, depicting the natural world and the human form with greater accuracy, and integrating “color theory” into oil paintings. 3C/1/2/0
