This course provides students with hands-on experience using essential digital tools in today’s business environment, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and introductory generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. Students will learn how to communicate professionally, collaborate virtually, and manage digital resources effectively. Emphasis is placed on understanding how generative AI can enhance business decision-making and streamline operations.
