CULA 2505 - Beverage Program Administration

Students will explore wine and spirit service and management programs by tasting, creating pairing menus, and applying fundamentals of pricing and cost control. They will learn steps of service, storage, and principles of beverage program curation. Students will demonstrate responsible service and an understanding of alcoholic beverage service laws. This class will prepare the learner to take the ServSafe Alcohol Awareness test. 2C/2/0/0
