This course focuses on the creative and strategic process of menu and product development within food-based businesses. Students will learn how to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry standards to design innovative, cost-effective menus and product offerings. Learners will develop purchasing plans for products that align with brand identity, target market, and profitability goals. Additionally, students will evaluate the nutritional, cultural, and regulatory considerations that influence menu and product creation, equipping them with the tools to effectively launch and adapt food products in a competitive market. 3C/3/0/0
