READ 0925 - College Reading

This course provides just-in-time reading instruction and support for the paired reading-intensive college level course. Through active engagement, discussion, and hands-on practice, students will develop an active and critical reading approach. In addition, students will increase college level vocabulary, and enhance academic skills of analysis and synthesis of information across multiple sources. Prerequisite(s): Placement into this course will be according to assessment score or successful completion of READ 0721 or EAPP 0860 with a grade of “C” or better.
