CULA 1441 - Introduction to A La Carte Cooking

Students will employ foundational skills to a professional kitchen setting by exploring restaurant-style a la carte cooking techniques.  Flavor pairing, ingredient identification, cooking techniques and food safety principles will be applied and assessed. 2C/0/2/0
